Bank Deposit option (Cash or Electronic Transfer (EFT)):
When accessing this payment option, you must generate and download a payment deposit slip by clicking on the ”Generate” button accessible on the screen. Follow the instructions on the deposit slip to make a cash payment at the bank or EFT payment through online banking. These payments are to be made in local currency only. There are two pieces of information on the deposit slip that are extremely important for a successful payment:
Transaction Reference Number – You must indicate it accurately when making the payment. This number will allow the appointment system to validate your visa fee payment allow you to proceed further with the visa application process.
Expiration Date – You have three (3) days to pay the visa application fee from the date you generate the deposit slip. Please check the expiration date on the deposit slip and ensure you pay the fee before the mentioned expiration date. If the slip expires, please log back into your profile and generate a new one by following the same steps.
After making a payment via Cash or EFT, please allow one business day for the bank to process the transaction before continuing to the appointment calendar to book an appointment.
Card Payment option
When accessing this payment option, you will be prompted to introduce your card details to complete the transaction. This payment is to be made in USD only. There is no wait time for the transaction to be processed. Upon completing a successful transaction, you will be able to proceed immediately to the appointment calendar to book an appointment.
Restrictions
Your visa application fee is non-refundable and non-transferrable. It cannot be transferred to another person.
The visa application fee is valid for one year from the date of payment.
